Meet the owners.
The relationship between Louis, Guy and David dates back to 1982 when Guy moved 2 houses from the Ryan’s household. Louis and Guy became friends and spent countless hours running around the neighbourhood while David, 3 years younger, tried to catch up. After a fruitful business partnership (Louis and David) in the insurance industry, Louis joined Guy in 2004 and David followed suit in 2013.
The depth of the relationship permits clear communications on the direction of the company and the values we live by in our day to day transactions.

Our vision is to be the company institutions want to work with and quality technicians want to work for.
Guy Massé
Guy comes from a family of tradesman. Involved in the construction & restoration industry since 1992, Guy carries both practical and theoretical experience. He founded the firm Xpertek Construction in 2000 to service the 24hr emergency response of 2 school boards. The initial foundation of Xpertek’s purpose was to service institutions. Guy and his team now direct project delivery for Xpertek.
Louis Ryan
Louis' background is framing, & renovation. He graduated from la Cité Collégiale in Civil Eng. Tech, in 1997. After 7 years as an agent in the insurance industry he joined Guy with Xpertek Construction. Louis has shifted his focus from project management to quality control and human resources. Louis was the creator of multiple emergency response protocols for Schools, Universities and Colleges in our integrated services departments. Our integrated services are the service of responding to all alarms and phone calls of institutions where there is no physical presence on site. Louis is responsible for Human Resources and Quality Control.
David Ryan
David’s background comes from sales and administration. After graduating from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelors in Administration, David has been involved in 5 industries from financial services to the travel industry to web applications, excavation and finally construction. David was a silent partner of Xpertek for 10 years before becoming an active partner 5 years ago. David is responsible for the financial management of the business, processes and opening of new markets.
